Refund policy

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

Returns / Exchanges

Corcoran Equestrian gladly accepts returns for an exchange or for a complete refund within 30 days of receiving an order. 

To be eligible, products must be in their original state being unworn and unused. they must have original tags attached and be in the original packaging. Returns require the proof of purchase receipt.

We will review your request and if accepted, will send you a shipping label to print out to pack the return item in the original shipping packaging to send back to us. Once we receive the tracking information of the original product, we will get your exchange product packed and on its way to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund back to your account. 

Damaged or Defect Issues
